You can return products up to 30 days after receipt. Due to hygiene, it is not possible to return the breast pump.
To register your return, you can email us at klantenservice@sheppr.nl. Please include the order number in the email. You will then receive a return label from us.
After receiving your return, we will refund the return amount to your account within 7 working days.

FAQ
BOTTLE WARMER
Leaks are often caused by the silicone rings in the bottle warmer or the adapter. To solve this, check the following:
Are you using an adapter? Make sure the silicone ring in the bottle warmer is placed in a "U" shape. Also check if the silicone ring is present in the adapter.
No adapter? Usage without adapter may vary per bottle. Refer to page 6 of the manual for specific instructions and compatibility of your bottle with the bottle warmer.
Are you using the Hegen adapter? First attach the adapter to the bottle warmer and then place the bottle on the warmer to prevent leakage.
The mamafeel is a new bottle model from Difrax and unfortunately it does not yet fit on our bottle warmer.
Unfortunately, these do not yet fit our bottle warmer.
Depending on the intensity of use, we recommend descaling the warmer once a month with white vinegar and water (do not use other products).
You can heat the warmer for 30 min to descale. Furthermore, the silicone ring is removable and can be cleaned. After removing the silicone ring, the steel part can be cleaned well. This can be done by holding the bottle warmer at an angle and only washing the steel part under the tap.
Make sure the dust cap of the charging port is closed properly and do not hold the entire bottle warmer under the tap. It is also important to dry the warmer after each use. The warmer cannot be immersed in water.

Baby monitor
Check if the noise and tracking detection is turned on in the app. It is also important that you have given access to receive notifications from the app in your phone's settings.
If the baby monitor is not connecting, you can follow these steps to solve the problem:
1. Reset the baby monitor: Carefully turn the movable camera section upwards.
2. Delete the app: Delete the associated app from your phone.
3. Re-download the app: Re-download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store and log in with your account.
4. Re-pair the baby monitor: Follow the steps in the manual or app to re-connect the baby monitor to your network and device. If the problem persists, check if your network is working properly or contact our customer service for further assistance.
